| When we traveled from MN to WI we came through Duluth. As we descended the slope leading down to the bay, we had some magnificent views. Hoping to see this view again, we went back to Duluth with the car to this tower on the hill. |

| Yes anyone can go up and ring this replica of the original bell. That's how we knew it was there. |
