Glowworm Accommodation

Once again, we were staying in a hostel.

The hostel was in a "U" shape with the reception area at the tip of one upright.  The little building in the middle was a hot tub.  Parking was tight and there wasn't any parking at the bottom of the "U" where our room was, so we parked along the side. Red car.  The rooms had sliding glass doors for their entrance.  Not my favorite for security reasons

I took this photo of the reception desk when they had it blocked off.

To the left of the desk was a short hallway that had a microscopic bathroom off to the left.

The hallway ended in a living room with a wood stove and an old car grille on the wall.

Looking at the living room from a different angle.  Just out of the picture to the left is another hallway leading to a few rooms.  The blue door on the left leads to the TV room.  Beyond the window is a patio.

Facing the other direction, we see the refrigerators for guest's use and a sliver of the dining area.  Our room did have a small refrigerator, a sink, microwave, plates and utensils.
To the right of the refrigerators, we enter the kitchen.

Turning again to the right, we see a couple stoves and plenty of utensils, plates, cups, glasses and cookware.

The window that looked into the reception area demonstrated a nifty way to arrange some of the lesser used utensils.

Looking down the rest of the kitchen counter.  This is where they set out the crockpot of very thin vegetable soup for our evening meal and the cereal, bread and juice we had for breakfast.  There were toasters for the bread and butter, so we made toast.

Looking to the left we saw the dining area with a sliding door to the patio.

We went back to the TV room to check it out.

You could say the sink in our bathroom was a little small.  The whole room was small, but we managed to get our suitcases laid open.
