| Day at sea so there was more on the calendar than usual. |

| I began the day feeling much better than the previous night, ate a little at the Mamsen's food bar, then set on the verandah for a little while. But breakfast didn't stay down, so my sis got me some Bonine from Guest Services. That and the Sprite out of the refrigerator got me feeling much better and able to have dinner at the restaurant and watch the evening show. |

| You sure can't tell the waves are very high but the captain told us we had 60 seas all day. It was a feat to walk in the hallways, I don't know how the wait staff did their job in the restaurants. |
